About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Architect / Project Lead to manage premium residential and commercial interior/architecture projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should possess strong execution expertise, leadership capabilities, technical detailing knowledge, and excellent client coordination skills.

This role requires someone who can ensure flawless project execution while maintaining the highest standards of design quality, timelines, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Lead end-to-end project execution from concept development to final handover.
Prepare and manage project timelines, BOQs, schedules, and progress reports.
Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
Site Execution & Supervision
Conduct regular site visits and supervise on-site execution activities.
Ensure design intent is implemented accurately in every detail, finish, and material.
Monitor workmanship quality and resolve execution-related challenges proactively.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, vendors, and clients.
Manage communication between internal design teams and execution stakeholders.
Handle client interactions confidently and provide timely project updates.
Technical Design & Documentation
Prepare detailed working drawings and technical detailing packages.
Review drawings for accuracy, feasibility, and execution readiness.
Ensure compliance with architectural standards and construction best practices.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor junior architects and design team members.
Allocate tasks, review outputs, and maintain accountability within the team.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 7+ years of experience in architecture/interior design execution.
Strong expertise in technical drawings and architectural detailing.
Proven experience handling premium residential and commercial projects.
Excellent problem-solving and on-site troubleshooting abilities.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Experience working with boutique or design-led studios.
Exposure to sustainable materials and contemporary construction technologies.
Ability to manage detail-heavy and high-aesthetic projects efficiently.
