Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, conducting client meetings, presenting marketing solutions, and converting prospects into long-term customers. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for business development.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and generate new business opportunities in and around Tirupur.
Prospect potential clients through networking, referrals, field visits, phone calls, emails, and social media.
Conduct client meetings and presentations to explain company services.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals successfully.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Marketing Activities
Understand current market trends and identify target industries.
Promote the company’s advertising and marketing services effectively.
Assist in creating awareness about the company’s offerings.
Gather customer feedback and market intelligence.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Address client concerns and coordinate with internal teams when required.
Reporting & Performance
Maintain records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.
Submit regular sales reports and updates.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria
Education
Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
Experience
Sales Experience: 2 years preferred
Marketing Experience: 2 years preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
