Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to expand our customer base by identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills, with experience in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify prospective customer leads through various sales and marketing channels.
Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
Connect prospective clients with the most suitable products, services, or vendors.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to support business growth.
Conduct conversations with key decision-makers and business leaders.
Collaborate with marketing, product marketing, and content teams to create compelling value propositions.
Support the development and execution of lead-generation strategies.
Supervise, guide, and help develop sales team members.

Candidate Profile
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Experience
1–2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in any industry.
