About the Role
We are seeking compassionate, highly organized, and experienced Registered Nurses to serve as the primary link between patients and our multidisciplinary healthcare team. This role involves patient communication, follow-up management, medical documentation, appointment coordination, and continuous patient support throughout their healthcare journey.
The position begins with a 3-month training period in a flexible part-time remote setup. Upon successful completion, candidates may transition into a full-time remote role with industry-standard nursing compensation and structured working hours.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
B.Sc. Nursing (Preferred)
Mandatory Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN/RM) License issued by any State Nursing Council in India
Minimum 2 Years of Clinical Experience
Hospital Experience Preferred
Excellent English Communication Skills (Written and Spoken)
Strong Organizational and Multitasking Skills

Key Responsibilities
Patient Support & Care
Serve as the primary point of contact between patients and healthcare professionals.
Communicate with patients through WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media platforms.
Manage a patient caseload of approximately 25–50 patients.
Schedule and conduct follow-ups while maintaining high patient satisfaction.
Monitor treatment adherence and patient progress.
Address patient concerns, questions, and emotional needs with empathy.
Escalate clinical concerns to healthcare professionals when necessary.
Prepare, review, and share prescriptions and treatment instructions with patients.
Lead Management & Appointment Support
Manage incoming patient inquiries and leads through digital channels.
Review medical reports and understand patient symptoms.
Educate prospective patients about healthcare programs and services.
Coordinate appointment scheduling and information collection.
Escalate complex medical cases to doctors before appointment confirmation.
Provide supportive guidance without pressure-based sales practices.
Coordination & Communication
Act as a bridge between patients and healthcare providers.
Manage support communications and ensure timely responses.
Accurately communicate medical instructions and follow-up plans.
Maintain complete records of patient interactions and case updates.
Ensure all patient concerns are followed through to resolution.
Technology & Documentation
Maintain detailed patient records using internal systems.
Track appointments, treatments, sessions, and patient progress.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
Generate reports and maintain organized documentation for the healthcare team.
