QS & Billing Engineer / Site Engineer – Teemage Builders

Location: Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Work Location: In person
Travel: 100% willingness to travel required

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and certify RA bills for clients and subcontractors.
Prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and payment certificates.
Analyze engineering drawings to calculate quantities and specifications.
Prepare quantity statements and project estimates for bidding.
Compare BOQ quantities with actual site work and prepare reports.
Provide billing-related documents and information to clients.
Check bills for arithmetic and technical accuracy.
Conduct random physical site checks to verify billed quantities.
Coordinate with site teams and other project stakeholders.
