We are looking for Office Staff to manage daily administrative and basic marketing support activities in a retail environment.
πΌ Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day office operations & coordination
Maintain records, files, and documentation
Manage calls, emails, and customer interactions
Support sales and business development activities
Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Update and manage CRM/database systems
Coordinate events, promotions, and reporting tasks

Knowledge of office procedures & administrative practices
Good telephone etiquette & communication skills
Basic record-keeping and filing skills
Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities

Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns
