Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹1,20,000 per month (as mentioned in the original posting)
Job Responsibilities
Office Administration
Handle daily office administration tasks
Attend phone calls and customer follow-ups
Maintain records and office documentation
Coordinate with management for smooth office operations
Customer Support & Telecalling
Respond to customer inquiries professionally
Follow up with clients regarding:
Orders
Updates
Customer requirements
Social Media Handling
Post and update content on:
Instagram
Facebook
WhatsApp
Other social platforms
Reply to customer messages and comments
Maintain customer engagement online
Eligibility Criteria
Gender
Female candidates preferred
Skills Required
Good communication skills in:
Tamil
Basic English
Basic knowledge of social media platforms
Team-oriented and responsible attitude
Punctuality and willingness to learn
