Job Overview
An urgent requirement is open for an experienced Electrician in Tiruppur. The role involves installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of electrical systems across residential, commercial, and industrial environments. Candidates should possess basic electrical tools and be willing to travel to assigned locations for maintenance and service work.
Key Responsibilities
Installation & Maintenance
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and equipment.
Ensure all electrical work complies with applicable safety standards and electrical codes.
Install and maintain electrical components such as:
Lighting systems
Switches and outlets
Circuit breakers
Distribution systems
Troubleshooting & Repairs
Diagnose electrical faults and identify effective solutions.
Perform corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot wiring, circuits, and electrical equipment issues.
Inspection & Compliance
Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
Maintain safe working practices at all times.
Customer & Site Coordination
Visit assigned locations regularly as per monthly schedules.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other professionals.
Provide estimates and quotations for electrical work when required.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
ITI Electrician / Electrical Trade
Diploma in Electrical Engineering (preferred)
Experience
Relevant electrician experience preferred.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Additional Requirements
Must possess basic electrician tools.
Willingness to travel to allotted locations.
Ability to commute or relocate to Tiruppur.
Work Schedule
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
