Job Summary

The Engineering Trainee / Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for maintaining product and industry knowledge while supporting engineering, maintenance, and operational activities. The role requires candidates with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who can work effectively in a collaborative team environment to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Support engineering and maintenance operations.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
Assist in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution.
Maintain engineering documentation and reports.
Follow company safety standards and operating procedures.
Stay updated with product developments and industry best practices.
Complete assigned tasks within project timelines.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering from any of the following disciplines:
Mechanical Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Electronics Engineering
Electronics & Communication Engineering
Automobile Engineering
Civil Engineering
Chemical Engineering
Petroleum Engineering
Industrial Engineering
Solar Engineering
Information Technology / Software Engineering
Fire & Safety Engineering
Or an equivalent engineering qualification
Required Skills
Ability to read and understand engineering designs and schematics.
