A manufacturing facility in Tiruppur is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor / Senior Electrical Engineer to oversee all electrical operations within the factory. The role involves managing electrical maintenance activities, ensuring equipment reliability, leading a team of electricians, and maintaining compliance with safety and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Electrical Operations Management
Supervise all electrical works within the factory premises.
Ensure smooth functioning of electrical systems and equipment.
Monitor plant electrical performance and operational uptime.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently.
Ensure minimum downtime of production equipment.
Team Leadership
Lead and supervise a team of electricians and maintenance personnel.
Allocate maintenance tasks and monitor work quality.
Support skill development and training of team members.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and company procedures.
Maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Conduct inspections and ensure safe work practices throughout the facility.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Preferred)
Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical engineering and maintenance.
Experience in factory or industrial maintenance environments preferred.
License
Valid Electrician License (Preferred)
