Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Customer Support Executive to manage both B2C (Retail Customers) and B2B (Business Clients) interactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer experience that enhances customer satisfaction and supports business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Relationship Management
Handle customer queries through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
Provide support to both retail customers (B2C) and wholesale/business clients (B2B).
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Ensure professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented communication.
Order Management
Manage website orders and customer order-related inquiries.
Conduct abandoned cart follow-ups and Cash-on-Delivery (COD) confirmations.
Resolve delivery-related issues and coordinate with logistics teams.
Assist B2B clients with order processing, product information, and account management.
Coordination & Issue Resolution
Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Handle customer complaints and escalations effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
Sales Support
Upsell and cross-sell products whenever appropriate.
Promote ongoing offers and campaigns to improve sales conversions.
Provide personalized support to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Documentation & Reporting
Update customer records and maintain databases.
Ensure proper communication of product details, terms & conditions, and order processes.
Track customer feedback and provide insights for service improvements.
Required Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in Tamil and basic English.
Ability to handle both B2C and B2B customer interactions.
Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Basic knowledge of:
MS Excel
Email communication
WhatsApp Business
Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Any Degree / Graduate preferred.
Prior customer support experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Experience in apparel, fashion, e-commerce, or retail industries will be an added advantage.
