Job Summary

ValueLabs is hiring an experienced AI/ML Architect to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions with a strong focus on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in open-source LLMs, AI solution architecture, data-driven systems, and scalable ML deployments.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into scalable AI-powered applications and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
AI/ML Solution Architecture
Design and architect enterprise-grade AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
Build scalable AI systems leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).
Lead end-to-end AI solution development from ideation to deployment.
Generative AI & LLM Development
Work with open-source LLMs such as:
Mistral
Qwen
LLaMA
Implement fine-tuning techniques including:
LoRA
PEFT
Adapters
Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-based chatbot solutions.
Perform prompt engineering for commercial LLMs including:
OpenAI
Gemini
Data Engineering & Automation
Analyze large-scale datasets and data pipelines.
Build AI-powered workflows for structured data extraction and automation.
Make data-driven architectural and engineering decisions.
Development & Deployment
Develop APIs and AI services using Python.
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI systems into enterprise applications.
Deploy and monitor AI solutions in cloud environments.
MLOps & Infrastructure
Work with cloud-based ML environments:
AWS
Azure
GCP
Utilize vector databases such as:
FAISS
Pinecone
Weaviate
Milvus
Apply MLOps practices for deployment, monitoring, and scaling of LLM applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 7+ years of AI/ML experience or strong ML engineering background.
At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI and AI architecture.
Strong Python programming and API development expertise.
Experience in:
LLM fine-tuning
RAG architecture
Prompt engineering
NLP applications
Strong understanding of data ingestion, pipelines, and large-scale datasets.
Experience delivering high-quality AI solutions in complex enterprise environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with NLP techniques and applications.
Experience with MLOps tools and deployment strategies.
Exposure to cloud-native AI infrastructure.
Experience in the US Benefits domain is highly preferred.
