Salary

₹10,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on experience and performance.)

Job Summary

We are looking for Junior and Senior Accountants to join our accounting outsourcing and audit team. The selected candidates will work on bookkeeping, accounting, financial reporting, and client accounting services, primarily supporting international accounting processes. Candidates with knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO), Xero, and MS Office will have an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
Record financial transactions accurately.
Perform bookkeeping for client accounts.
Maintain ledgers and journals.
Financial Reporting
Prepare financial statements and reports.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Generate management reports as required.
Reconcile financial records and balances.
Client Accounting Services
Support accounting outsourcing assignments.
Maintain client financial records.
Ensure timely completion of assigned accounting tasks.
Communicate with internal teams regarding client requirements.
Software & Documentation
Work with accounting software such as:
QuickBooks Online (QBO)
Xero
Maintain accurate accounting documentation.
Update financial data in accounting systems.
Compliance Support
Assist with taxation and statutory documentation.
Support audit assignments.
Exposure to Australian tax processes is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should:

Have a strong understanding of accounting principles.
Be familiar with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Xero.
Possess good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
Be willing to attend training in Tiruppur when required.
Demonstrate accuracy, accountability, and a willingness to learn international accounting practices.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹10,000–₹22,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
