Role Overview

Skillarbitrage is seeking a qualified legal professional passionate about teaching, AI, automation, and interdisciplinary learning.

This role involves:

Designing and delivering training programs
Integrating AI tools into education
Coaching students on career growth
Working across legal and non-legal domains

The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, technology-driven, and excited about helping learners achieve transformational career outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver courses using interactive and Socratic teaching methodologies
Develop engaging training modules and educational content
Create AI-enhanced learning experiences and automation-based educational workflows
Conduct live teaching sessions and mentorship programs
Help students:
Improve learning outcomes
Build freelancing and career opportunities
Develop professional growth strategies
Monitor and improve course NPS (Net Promoter Score)
Support course innovation through:
New pedagogy ideas
Content enhancement
AI integration
Work across legal and non-legal subjects as required
Use company time-tracking and workflow tools effectively
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should:

Have 3+ years of legal practice experience (PQE)
Be passionate about coaching and mentoring
Possess strong AI and automation skills
Enjoy continuous learning across multiple domains
Have excellent communication and presentation abilities
Be capable of simplifying complex concepts
Be self-driven, analytical, and adaptable
Be comfortable working independently in a remote setup
