Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join our fabrication team in Salem. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in TIG welding, be capable of producing high-quality welds, and have a strong understanding of welding procedures and safety standards. Candidates who are dedicated, detail-oriented, and quality-focused are encouraged to apply.

Experience
Experience in TIG Welding is Mandatory
Relevant industrial or fabrication experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
TIG Welding Operations
Perform TIG welding on metal components and fabricated structures.
Ensure welds meet quality, strength, and dimensional requirements.
Prepare and position materials before welding.
Fabrication & Assembly
Assist in fitting and assembly of fabricated components.
Interpret basic fabrication drawings and work instructions.
Ensure proper alignment and finishing of welded products.
Equipment Handling
Operate TIG welding machines and related fabrication tools.
Maintain welding equipment in good working condition.
Report equipment issues and maintenance requirements.
Quality Control
Inspect welds for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Perform grinding, finishing, and rework when required.
Maintain consistency in workmanship and productivity.
Safety Compliance
Follow workplace safety procedures and welding guidelines.
Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Adhere to company COVID-19 safety protocols, including mask usage when required.
