We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Female Tele Sales Executives to join our team in Salem. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact with customers over the phone to generate sales and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Tele Sales & Customer Engagement
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products and services to customers effectively.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Address customer queries and concerns professionally.
Sales Target Achievement
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Coordinate with team members to improve sales performance.
Documentation & Reporting
Update customer information accurately.
Maintain call records and sales reports.
Report sales progress to management regularly.
