Job Summary

INFONIKS, a trusted provider of CCTV and Security Solutions for over 25 years, is hiring Service Technicians to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and service CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and other security devices. Freshers are welcome, and comprehensive paid training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
Installation
Install CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and security equipment.
Ensure proper configuration and functioning of installed systems.
Maintenance & Service
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
Troubleshoot and repair CCTV and alarm systems at customer sites.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Customer Support
Provide professional on-site customer support.
Explain system usage and maintenance to customers.
Maintain positive customer relationships.
Field Operations
Travel to client locations for installation and service activities.
Complete assigned field service tasks within timelines.
Maintain service reports and installation records.
Qualifications
ITI / Diploma / Degree (Electronics, Electrical, or related field preferred)
