About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Pre-Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to the Sales team, helping clients identify the right technology solutions to address their business challenges.

This role requires strong expertise in solution consulting, proposal development, client engagement, technical presentations, and cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions while supporting revenue growth and customer success.

Key Responsibilities
1. Pre-Sales Support
Partner with Sales teams to understand customer requirements and recommend tailored technology solutions.
Conduct discovery workshops and requirement-gathering sessions to understand client business challenges, existing technology landscapes, and desired outcomes.
Develop solution architecture documents, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and technical documentation.
Deliver compelling client presentations, product demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (PoC) sessions.
Support sales teams throughout the solutioning and proposal lifecycle.
2. Solution Design & Technical Consulting
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution blueprints.
Collaborate with Product, Delivery, and Technical teams to create scalable and cost-effective solutions.
Ensure proposed solutions align with client objectives, industry standards, and best practices.
Provide technical guidance during the pre-sales process.
3. Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary liaison between Sales, Delivery, Product, and Technology teams during the sales cycle.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with CXOs, business leaders, and key decision-makers.
Coordinate technical discussions, address client queries, and provide post-demo support.
Facilitate solution discussions to ensure customer confidence and successful deal progression.
4. Proposal Management & Documentation
Create persuasive business proposals, capability presentations, case studies, and solution documents.
Maintain a repository of reusable proposal templates, technical content, and success stories.
Contribute to the development of marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, and pitch decks.
Ensure documentation quality, consistency, and accuracy.
5. Market Research & Product Intelligence
Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Analyze market developments and provide strategic insights to leadership.
Support product positioning, solution messaging, and go-to-market initiatives.
Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and customer value.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of IT Services, Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), CRM, ERP, and Enterprise Applications.
Experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, and enterprise solution design.
Hands-on experience in preparing RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and solution documentation.
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
Business & Communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business audiences.
Experience engaging with senior business leaders and technical stakeholders.
Collaboration & Problem Solving
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with Sales, Delivery, Product, Marketing, and Technology teams.
Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in Cloud Technologies, CRM Platforms, Data Analytics, or Enterprise Applications are an added advantage.
