Role Overview
Pidilite is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Territory Sales Incharge to drive sales growth, strengthen channel partnerships, and increase market penetration within the assigned territory. The role requires strong expertise in channel sales, distributor management, trade engagement, and end-user relationship building.
The ideal candidate should have experience in building material, construction, paint, or allied industries and possess excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Management
Achieve overall sales objectives for the assigned territory.
Deliver primary and secondary sales targets as per the annual operating plan.
Achieve monthly and quarterly product-wise sales objectives.
Monitor market performance and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
Drive growth across assigned distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
WSS (Wholesale Stockist) Management
Understand and implement WSS policies and guidelines.
Manage claim settlements, balance confirmations, and compliance requirements.
Monitor stock movement and ensure efficient inventory management.
Identify exceptions and recommend corrective actions.
Support secondary sales growth in ISR-covered outlets.
Trade Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, dealers, and channel partners.
Deliver secondary sales targets through superior outlet engagement.
Execute retailer tie-up programs and trade promotions.
Ensure visibility and availability of products across the assigned market.
End User Engagement
Conduct activities such as:
Naka Meets
RKP Programs
Formal User Meets
Engage painters, contractors, applicators, and influencers to drive product adoption.
Enroll users into RTG programs and encourage higher monthly participation.
Generate demand through regular interaction with end users.
Market Development
Identify new business opportunities within the territory.
Expand product penetration in existing and new markets.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional initiatives.
Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to management.
