Role Overview

CraftsMill is looking for a Business Development professional with a passion for furniture, design, and the home & lifestyle industry. The role focuses on consulting with incoming leads, providing information on furniture and design products, building customer relationships, and closing high-value sales.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute customer communication through phone, social media, and email.

Increase month-on-month revenue and achieve sales targets.

Consult customers on furniture and design requirements.

Identify suitable products from the CraftsMill catalog based on customer needs.

Provide customers with information regarding materials, delivery timelines, and other product details.

Follow up with inbound queries received through social media and other digital channels.

Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Cultivate leads and convert prospects into customers.

Ensure an end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.

Understand how digital marketing and online channels contribute to sales growth.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.

Candidates without a degree may also be considered if they demonstrate strong fundamentals, knowledge, willingness to learn, and ability to perform.

Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Design.

Strong interest or experience in Home & Lifestyle, Interior Design, Furniture, or Decor.

Strong understanding of sales processes, lead nurturing, and customer conversion.

Ability and willingness to generate leads through social media and close business.

Creative mindset and ability to use basic design tools such as Canva.

Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.

Basic understanding of E-commerce and Performance Marketing.

Excellent English communication skills, including:

Presentation

Verbal communication

Effective business writing

Awareness of the latest online sales, marketing, and industry trends.
