Accountant – Multi-Entity Accounting & Financial Reporting
Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to support the management team with multi-entity accounting operations and month-end financial reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, ERP system experience, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage:
Accounts Receivable
General Ledger Activities
Record and maintain accurate journal entries.
Prepare:
Financial Statements
Month-end Financial Reports
Conduct:
Budget-to-Actual Variance Analysis
Draft professional correspondence emails and documentation.
Assist with accounting software maintenance and system upkeep.
Perform:
Administrative Duties
Ad-hoc Accounting Projects
Support financial operations across multiple entities.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 Years of Accounting Experience.
Experience working with:
Mid-sized ERP Systems
MS Excel
Strong understanding of:
Financial Reporting
Journal Entries
General Ledger Management
Variance Analysis
Ability to prepare professional business documents.
High level of professionalism and customer service skills.
Excellent:
