Hiring: PET Preform Machine Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled PET Preform Machine Operator to join our production team in Salem. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operating PET Injection Moulding or Blow Moulding machines and possess a strong understanding of PET preform manufacturing processes. The role involves ensuring efficient production, maintaining machine performance, and adhering to quality and safety standards.

Experience
1–3 years of experience in:
PET Injection Moulding Machine Operation, or
PET Blow Moulding Machine Operation
Candidates with prior experience in PET Preform Production will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor PET Preform Injection/Blow Moulding machines.
Set up and adjust machine parameters to achieve optimum production.
Ensure smooth production with minimum downtime.
Perform routine machine inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
Troubleshoot minor machine and process-related issues.
Maintain production quality in accordance with company standards.
Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
Record production data and report operational issues to the supervisor.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience in PET Preform manufacturing.
Knowledge of Injection Moulding and Blow Moulding processes.
Basic machine troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and meet production targets.
Good understanding of quality control and safety practices.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
