Role Overview

India LawShield is expanding its national panel of High Court advocates. The organization is seeking experienced and ethical legal professionals capable of providing strong courtroom representation, strategic legal advice, and expert drafting support across various High Court matters throughout India.

Key Responsibilities
Represent India LawShield clients before respective State High Courts
Draft:
Writ petitions
Appeals
Revisions
SLP-related drafts
Legal notices
Handle urgent litigation matters, stay applications, and interim relief proceedings
Provide:
Legal opinions
Case research
Litigation strategies
Coordinate effectively with the internal legal team
Ensure timely communication and ethical legal practice
Deliver client-focused legal support in fast-paced litigation environments
Eligibility & Requirements
LL.B / LL.M from a recognized university
Valid Bar Council enrollment and authorization to practice before High Courts
Minimum 3 years of active High Court litigation experience
Strong understanding of:
Writ jurisdiction
High Court procedures
Relevant case laws
Excellent:
Drafting skills
Legal research capability
Court argument skills
Client management skills
Ability to manage urgent filings and high-pressure litigation matters
