Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven, and highly motivated Franchise Sales Manager to lead the expansion of our healthcare brand through strategic franchise development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in franchise acquisition, business development, partner onboarding, and market expansion, preferably within the healthcare, diagnostics, wellness, or allied healthcare sectors.
This role involves identifying potential franchise partners, presenting business opportunities, managing the complete franchise sales lifecycle, and ensuring successful franchise activation and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Franchise Development & Expansion
Identify, evaluate, and acquire potential franchise partners across targeted regions.
Drive franchise network expansion in Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities.
Develop and execute franchise acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
Build a strong pipeline of investors, entrepreneurs, healthcare professionals, and business owners.
Franchise Sales
Present and promote healthcare franchise opportunities including:
Clinics
Diagnostic Centers
Laboratories
Retail Pharmacies
Healthcare Service Centers
Conduct franchise presentations, business discussions, and investment consultations.
Handle the complete franchise sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Partner Onboarding & Relationship Management
Coordinate franchise onboarding and activation processes.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with franchise partners.
Provide support during setup and operational launch phases.
Ensure franchisees understand business models, processes, and operational requirements.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with Legal, Operations, Marketing, and Business teams to ensure smooth franchise implementation.
Facilitate franchise agreement execution and documentation.
Coordinate marketing support and promotional activities for new franchise locations.
Market Research & Business Intelligence
Conduct market analysis to identify expansion opportunities.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and franchise market developments.
Recommend strategic locations and growth opportunities.
Revenue & Target Achievement
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual franchise acquisition targets.
Drive revenue growth through successful franchise sales.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
Brand Representation
Represent the organization at:

Investor meets
Trade shows
Healthcare conferences
Regional roadshows
Strengthen brand visibility and franchise awareness in target markets.
