We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Executive Sales Officer to join our sales team in Salem. The ideal candidate should have field sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Generate new business opportunities through field visits and customer engagement.
Identify prospective customers and develop long-term business relationships.
Promote company products and services to potential clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Market Development
Conduct market surveys and gather information about competitors and industry trends.
Identify opportunities for business expansion in the assigned territory.
Provide regular market feedback to management.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Submit daily and weekly sales reports to management.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Sales.
