We are seeking a creative, customer-focused, and tech-savvy Digital Sales Specialist to support our growing digital sales operations and online customer engagement initiatives.

Position Summary

The Digital Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging customers across digital platforms, showcasing jewellery collections online, creating engaging visual content, and converting online inquiries into sales. This role combines digital marketing, customer relationship management, and online sales support.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Customer Engagement
Interact with customers through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide product recommendations.
Build strong customer relationships through personalized communication.
Digital Sales & Conversion
Guide customers virtually through product selections and purchasing decisions.
Share product specifications, pricing, offers, and customization options.
Convert online inquiries into successful sales transactions.
Follow up with prospects and existing customers to maximize conversions.
Content Creation & Product Promotion
Create and edit product images, promotional creatives, banners, and social media stories using Adobe Photoshop.
Coordinate product photography and digital content requirements.
Showcase new collections and featured products across online platforms.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
Order Management & Customer Service
Process online orders and coordinate invoicing activities.
Manage delivery coordination and customer order tracking.
Provide post-sales support and customer assistance.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
Marketing Support
Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Support social media initiatives and seasonal marketing programs.
Collaborate with internal teams to increase online visibility and customer engagement.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
Location Requirement
Must be a resident of Salem, Tamil Nadu.

Fluent in English (Written and Spoken)
