About the Role

The CSA role is part of the Large Deals Pre-Sales team at Mphasis and focuses on:

Winning large enterprise IT services deals
Competitive pricing and benchmarking
Deal shaping and business case development
Solution optimization for profitability and delivery success

This is a strategic and client-facing leadership role involving collaboration with:

Finance teams
Sales teams
Solution architects
HR
Legal teams
Program managers
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Price-to-Win (PTW) and competitive solution analysis
Build:
Effort estimations
Staffing plans
Pricing models
Client business cases
Shape large multi-tower IT services deals
Collaborate with executive stakeholders and clients
Ensure solutions are:
Deliverable
Profitable
Competitive
Improve enterprise-wide solutioning and pricing best practices
Analyze market benchmarks and competitor positioning
Required Experience
15+ years in IT services pre-sales
10+ years handling large complex deals
Strong background in:
Technical solutioning
Competitive benchmarking
Financial analysis & pricing
Deal shaping
Proven track record of winning large enterprise deals
Required Skills
Deep understanding of IT services provider landscape
Expertise in pricing methodologies and go-to-market strategies
Executive-level communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Advanced Microsoft Excel tool-building experience
Ability to work in fast-paced strategic environments
Education
BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
