Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic Civil Engineering fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in Rebar Detailing and Estimation. The selected candidates will receive hands-on training in preparing rebar shop drawings, Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), quantity estimation, and interpreting construction drawings while working with experienced engineers on international projects following ACI (American Concrete Institute) standards.

Key Responsibilities
Assist senior engineers in preparing rebar shop drawings.
Learn and prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
Interpret structural and construction drawings accurately.
Estimate reinforcement (rebar) quantities for construction projects.
Support the detailing team in complying with ACI standards and project specifications.
Collaborate with engineers, checkers, project coordinators, and project leads.
Ensure accuracy and quality in detailing and estimation work.
Maintain project documentation and update revisions when required.
Learn industry-standard detailing software and engineering best practices.
Participate in continuous learning and skill development programs.
Required Qualifications
Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (training will be provided).
Understanding of engineering drawings and construction blueprints.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to learn US Rebar Standards (ACI).
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies.
