Job Summary

Looking for an experienced India Recruiter with knowledge of Civil Engineering and Architecture roles. The candidate will handle sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and end-to-end recruitment for engineering and architecture positions.

Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for Civil Engineering and Architecture roles.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM systems.
Build relationships with clients and candidates and understand hiring requirements.
Ensure timely follow-ups and clear communication throughout the hiring process.
Monitor recruitment trends and the engineering/architecture talent market.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Proven experience in India recruitment, preferably engineering/architecture recruitment.
Strong understanding of Civil Engineering and Architecture job roles and terminology.
Experience sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
ATS/recruitment tool experience is preferred.
