We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team in a senior leadership role. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in statutory audits, financial management, taxation, compliance, and strategic business advisory.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Conduct statutory and financial audits independently
✅ Provide financial advice and strategic insights to clients
✅ Lead and manage accounting & finance teams
✅ Prepare MIS reports and financial management reports
✅ Review and improve company systems and financial processes
✅ Handle forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning
✅ Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and key business transactions
✅ Identify and prevent financial irregularities and fraud risks
✅ Finalize quarterly and annual financial statements
✅ Coordinate with stakeholders, auditors, and management teams

🔹 Requirements

✔ CA Certification is mandatory
✔ Minimum 5+ years of experience in a reputed CA firm or auditing role
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
✔ In-depth knowledge of taxation and financial regulations
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
✔ Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
