Key Responsibilities
Design and oversee end-to-end LLM architecture
Pretraining
Supervised fine-tuning
RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback)
Define AI technical strategy and roadmap
Select technology stacks, frameworks, and tools
Manage:
AI infrastructure
Data pipelines
Model deployment environments
Identify and mitigate technical risks
Collaborate with:
Data scientists
Engineers
Stakeholders
Domain experts
Research and evaluate modern LLMs including:
GPT
Mistral
DeepSeek
Qwen
FinBERT
Required Skills
