Position: Admin cum Telecaller
Salary: ₹10,000 per month (Fixed)
Qualification: Any Degree / B.Com
Experience: 0–1 Year
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Role Overview

This position combines administrative support and telecalling responsibilities. The candidate will assist with office operations while coordinating with clients and candidates through phone calls and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls for client and candidate coordination.
Maintain and update databases, records, and files.
Support daily administrative and office management activities.
Schedule interviews, meetings, and follow-up calls.
Ensure smooth communication between clients, candidates, and internal teams.
Manage documentation and basic office administration tasks.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Time management and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to interact professionally with clients and candidates.
