Job Summary
DIGIMONEY Financial Pvt. Ltd. is urgently hiring sales professionals to grow its Loan Against Property (LAP) and Housing Loan (HL/AHL) business. The role involves business development, channel partner management, customer acquisition, and end-to-end loan processing support.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the LAP and Housing Loan portfolio.
Identify new markets and business opportunities.
Generate new customer leads through direct sales and networking.
Conduct client meetings and explain loan features, eligibility, and benefits.
Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
Channel Partner Management
Build and manage relationships with:
Direct Selling Agents (DSAs)
Brokers
Real Estate Agents
Channel Partners
Strengthen referral networks to increase lead generation.
Loan Processing
Pre-screen customer eligibility before loan processing.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for quick loan approvals.
Provide end-to-end customer support from application to loan disbursement.
Team & Reporting
Train and mentor junior sales team members.
Monitor sales performance and prepare management reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Eligibility
Qualification: Diploma or Any Degree.
Experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) or Housing Loans (HL/AHL) is preferred.
Strong sales, communication, and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of retail lending products and the loan sales process.
Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
