Job Summary

Cistron Steel Technologies Private Limited is hiring Graduate Trainees and Diploma Trainees to build careers in Structural Steel Detailing using Tekla Structures software. This opportunity is ideal for fresh engineering graduates and diploma holders who are eager to learn structural steel detailing and work on engineering projects.

Selected candidates for the Graduate Trainee role will initially undergo a 2-month internship as part of the selection process. Successful interns will transition into the trainee role.

Key Responsibilities
Learn and perform Structural Steel Detailing using Tekla Structures software.
Prepare accurate 3D structural steel models.
Generate fabrication and erection drawings.
Assist in preparing General Arrangement (GA) drawings and shop drawings.
Create material reports and Bills of Materials (BOM).
Interpret engineering and structural drawings.
Coordinate with senior detailers and project engineers.
Ensure detailing complies with project specifications and quality standards.
Maintain proper documentation and revision control.
Continuously improve technical knowledge of structural steel detailing practices.
Eligibility Criteria
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
No history of arrears.
Candidates graduating in 2024 or 2025.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
Basic understanding of Structural Steel Engineering.
Knowledge of Tekla Structures (preferred).
Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
Good communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail.
Willingness to learn new technologies and software.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Internship Details
Graduate Trainee selection includes a 2-month internship.
No stipend will be provided during the internship period.
Successful candidates may be offered full-time trainee positions based on performance.
