We are looking for an experienced Senior Web Developer to lead and manage web development projects while delivering scalable, responsive, and visually appealing web solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in CMS platforms, front-end technologies, and website optimization techniques.

This role also involves mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the organization’s digital strategy and online presence.

Key Responsibilities
Website Development & Maintenance
Build and maintain websites using:
WordPress
WooCommerce
Joomla
Other CMS Platforms
Customize WordPress themes and plugins based on project requirements
Ensure websites are secure, scalable, and high-performing
Front-End Development
Develop responsive and cross-browser-compatible web pages using:
HTML
CSS
Bootstrap
JavaScript
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to convert wireframes and mockups into functional web pages
Improve website usability and user experience
E-commerce Integration
Work on WooCommerce-based e-commerce implementations
Support website functionality enhancements and integrations
Bug Fixing & Optimization
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs
Optimize websites for:
Speed
SEO
Performance
Security
Ensure responsive and smooth website functionality across devices
Collaboration & Team Support
Work closely with:
Design Teams
Marketing Teams
Content Teams
Provide suggestions for UX improvements and website enhancements
Mentor junior developers and support project execution
