Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic RF Drive Test Engineers to support mobile network optimization and performance analysis activities. The selected candidates will conduct RF drive tests, analyze network performance, identify coverage and quality issues, and assist in optimizing cellular networks. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to begin their careers in the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities
RF Drive Testing
Conduct RF drive tests for cellular network performance evaluation.
Perform field measurements using drive test tools and equipment.
Collect network performance data during drive testing activities.
Ensure accurate data collection across assigned routes.
Network Analysis
Analyze drive test logs to identify network coverage and quality issues.
Evaluate key RF performance indicators.
Identify call drops, blocked calls, low signal strength, and interference issues.
Prepare reports based on drive test findings.
Network Optimization Support
Assist RF optimization engineers in improving network performance.
Recommend corrective actions based on drive test analysis.
Support troubleshooting of coverage and capacity issues.
Validate optimization changes through post-drive testing.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily drive test reports.
Document observations and technical findings.
Maintain accurate testing records.
Coordinate with project and optimization teams.
Required Qualifications
Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
Experience
Freshers are eligible.
Prior telecom field experience is an added advantage.
