Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Staff Nurses to provide comprehensive patient care and support clinical operations. The candidate will be responsible for implementing nursing care plans, assisting patients with daily activities, ensuring adherence to hospital protocols, and maintaining high standards of patient safety and quality care.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Assessment & Nursing Care
Possess basic knowledge of patient diagnosis and implementation of nursing care plans based on NANDA nursing diagnoses.
Monitor patient conditions and report significant changes to the concerned medical team.
Deliver quality nursing care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
Admission & Discharge Management
Manage patient admission and discharge processes efficiently.
Follow structured handover protocols during patient transfer, admission, and discharge.
Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
Patient Care & Support
Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
Ensure patient comfort, safety, and well-being throughout hospitalization.
Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and caregivers.
Pre-Operative & Post-Operative Care
Deliver pre-operative and post-operative nursing care as per hospital guidelines.
Monitor recovery progress and document patient outcomes.
Assist physicians and healthcare teams during procedures when required.
Diagnostic & Clinical Support
Prepare patients for various diagnostic and investigative procedures.
Coordinate with departments to ensure timely completion of tests and treatments.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of clinical activities.
Quality & Compliance
Implement and adhere to critical value reporting protocols.
Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
Ensure compliance with State Government, Central Government, and NABH regulations and standards.
Follow infection-control practices and maintain clinical safety protocols.
Additional Responsibilities
Perform duties assigned by nursing supervisors and hospital management from time to time.
Support departmental and organizational goals through effective teamwork and professional conduct.
