Working Hours: 48 hours/week
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 (Fixed)
Bonus: Performance-based (ROI, conversions, client success)

🌟 Role Overview

We are looking for a Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist who can own the entire growth funnel — from traffic acquisition → lead generation → conversion → retention.

This is not just an ads role. You’ll work closely with the founder to shape strategy, build funnels, and drive measurable business growth.

📊 Key Responsibilities
🔍 SEO & Organic Growth
Execute full-funnel SEO (Technical, On-page, Off-page)
Keyword research, competitor analysis & content gap identification
Optimize site structure, meta tags, and internal linking
Track performance using GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush
📢 Performance Marketing
Manage campaigns on Google Ads & Meta Ads
Set up conversion tracking (GTM, pixels)
Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, ROAS
Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
Build retargeting and lookalike strategies
⚙️ Funnel & Growth Strategy
Design lead funnels (Ads → Landing Page → Follow-up → Conversion)
Implement CRO strategies (A/B testing, UX improvements)
Work with tools like WordPress, Webflow, or no-code platforms
Identify scaling opportunities (new audiences, geos, offers)
🤝 Client Management & Reporting
Act as the main point of contact for clients
Conduct performance review calls
Share detailed reports with insights & next steps
Identify upsell and growth opportunities
📈 Analytics & Tracking
Build dashboards using GA4 / Looker Studio
Track key metrics: Traffic, Leads, CPL, ROI
Maintain campaign documentation and learnings
✅ Requirements
4+ years experience in SEO, Paid Ads & Growth Marketing
Strong knowledge of:
Google Ads, Meta Ads
GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console
Ahrefs / SEMrush
Understanding of funnels, CAC, LTV & customer journey
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver ROI
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Experience in B2B, SaaS, or international markets
Landing page & funnel optimization experience
Hands-on CRO and experimentation mindset
