Job Summary

Innolink Digital Services is looking for an experienced Senior BIM Modeler – MEP to join its team in Madurai. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in MEP Building Information Modeling (BIM), with strong expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, Family Creation, and Navisworks. Experience in landscape and swimming pool projects will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Create, develop, and manage accurate MEP BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD.
Develop and customize Revit Families based on project requirements.
Coordinate MEP models with architectural, structural, and other engineering disciplines.
Perform model reviews, clash detection, and coordination using Navisworks.
Participate in and lead multidisciplinary coordination meetings.
Prepare and deliver high-quality construction drawings and BIM documentation.
Ensure BIM models comply with project specifications, standards, and quality requirements.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior BIM modelers.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely project delivery within budget.
Support continuous improvement of BIM workflows and project coordination processes.
Required Skills
Advanced proficiency in Revit.
Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD.
Expertise in Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
Experience in Revit Family Creation.
Strong understanding of MEP BIM workflows.
Excellent project coordination and communication skills.
Experience with landscape modeling is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling.
Experience in Landscape and Swimming Pool projects is an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to mentor junior team members and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
