Key Responsibilities

Create and manage MEP BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD.
Develop and customize Revit families.
Coordinate MEP models with multidisciplinary design and engineering teams.
Conduct model reviews and clash detection using Navisworks.
Lead and participate in project coordination meetings.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior BIM modelers.
Oversee preparation and delivery of construction drawings.
Ensure drawings comply with project and industry standards.
Coordinate with project managers to meet project timelines and budgets.
