Swasi Naturo Cure Hospital is looking for a passionate and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen its online presence and promote holistic healthcare services through innovative digital marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and WordPress management, along with a passion for analytics-driven marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
SEO & SEM Management
Plan, implement, and optimize SEO strategies:
On-page SEO
Off-page SEO
Technical SEO
Execute SEM strategies to improve website traffic and conversions.
Monitor keyword rankings, backlinks, and website performance.
Paid Advertising Campaigns
Create, manage, and optimize:
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Ads campaigns
Track campaign performance metrics including:
CTR
CPC
ROAS
Conversions
Improve campaign performance through continuous optimization.
Website & WordPress Management
Manage WordPress websites and landing pages.
Handle:
Plugin installation & updates
Website security
Hosting management
Server migration & transfers
Ensure website performance and uptime optimization.
Analytics & Reporting
Use analytics tools to track campaign and website performance.
Generate reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Monitor traffic, engagement, and lead generation metrics.
Collaboration & Campaign Execution
Work closely with content writers and designers.
Support digital campaign planning and execution.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of:
SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical)
SEM
Google Ads
Meta Ads Manager
Hands-on experience in WordPress CMS management
Knowledge of hosting, server transfers, and plugin management
Understanding of digital analytics and reporting tools
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in:
Marketing
Business
Information Technology
Related field
Experience Required
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
