Job Summary

PKM Infra is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, monitor banking transactions, and support the accounts team. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with Tally, GST compliance, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting Operations
Record daily accounting transactions in Tally.
Process and maintain:
Purchase Vouchers
Sales Vouchers
Journal Entries
Payment & Receipt Entries
Ensure accounting books are updated and maintained accurately.
Banking & Reconciliation
Monitor daily bank transactions.
Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
Identify and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.
Reporting & Analysis
Generate and monitor:
Debtors Outstanding Reports
Creditors Outstanding Reports
Prepare financial reports for management review.
Assist in analyzing financial performance.
Financial Management
Maintain Profit & Loss statements.
Support preparation and review of Balance Sheets.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Team Coordination
Coordinate with the Accounts Team for smooth financial operations.
Support audit and compliance activities when required.
Required Qualifications
Education
Any Degree (Commerce or Finance background preferred)
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, or related roles.
