Max Properties India is looking for an experienced Project Engineer to handle overall management and coordination of residential construction projects.

The role involves close coordination between the project site and head office, ensuring smooth execution, quality standards, and timely completion of work.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Plan daily work schedules and site activities
Ensure availability of required construction materials
Supervise civil work execution as per approved drawings
Monitor all ongoing site activities and maintain quality standards
Coordinate effectively between site teams and head office
Submit regular progress updates to the Project Manager
Prepare and maintain:
M Book (Measurement Book)
Site reports
Work progress documentation

🎓 Qualification
B.E Civil Engineering
OR
Diploma in Engineering
💼 Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in:
Residential construction projects
Civil site execution and supervision
