Key Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and greet visitors professionally.
Manage correspondence, documents, and office records.
Schedule meetings and appointments.
Handle filing and administrative tasks.
Manage office supplies and inventory.
Load and unload items when required.
Handle cash payments and maintain records.
Inspect vehicles and ensure proper maintenance.
Follow traffic rules and safety regulations.
Maintain good customer relationships and provide support.
Required Skills

Ability to multitask and work responsibly.
Qualifications
Valid driving license (preferred/required as per job duties).
