Field Sales Officer – Loan Sales

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage sales of loan products.
– Source business through the open market and various channels.
– Follow up on leads and execute sales activities to achieve targets.
– Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
– Meet clients and verify documents.
– Process loan files for sanction.
– Coordinate loan disbursement.
Requirements:
– Bike mandatory
– Android mobile mandatory
– Field-sales experience
– Good client-handling skills
Salary & Benefits:
– Advertised salary: Up to ₹25,000/month
– FAQ salary: ₹15,000–₹22,000/month, depending on interview
– Performance-based incentives
– 6 working days per week
– Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
