About the Role
Smiligence Software Solutions is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to support business expansion and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
This position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with less than one year of sales experience who are eager to build a successful career in B2B sales and software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition
Identify and approach potential customers within assigned territories.
Generate new business opportunities through field visits and direct customer engagement.
Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Lead Generation & Follow-Up
Generate leads through networking, referrals, field visits, and market research.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to move them through the sales cycle.
Maintain consistent communication with potential customers.
Product Demonstration
Present and explain HR technology solutions to prospective clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations.
Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions.
Sales Target Achievement
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Execute sales strategies to maximize business growth.
Track progress against sales goals and report achievements.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Support customer retention through proactive engagement.
Market Research & Analysis
Gather customer feedback and market intelligence.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
Identify emerging opportunities within the market.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Update CRM systems with sales data and customer information.
Prepare regular sales reports and activity updates.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience
Fresher to less than 1 year of experience.
Experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Software Sales, or Customer Acquisition is an advantage.
