Job Summary

A reputed chain of hospitals is seeking experienced and compassionate Critical Care Nurses for Home Care services. The selected candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality critical care nursing support to patients in their homes, ensuring continuous monitoring, treatment administration, and patient safety.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife)
GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery)
B.Sc. Nursing
M.Sc. Nursing
Experience
Minimum 1 Year of Critical Care / ICU Experience
Key Responsibilities
Critical Care Patient Management
Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients at home.
Monitor patient vital signs and clinical conditions regularly.
Assess and respond promptly to changes in patient health status.
Ensure patient comfort, safety, and well-being.
Clinical Procedures
Administer medications, injections, and prescribed treatments.
Assist with ventilator care, oxygen therapy, and other critical care interventions as required.
Perform basic and advanced nursing procedures according to clinical protocols.
Maintain and monitor medical equipment used in home care settings.
Patient & Family Support
Educate patients and family members regarding treatment plans and care procedures.
Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and caregivers.
Communicate effectively with physicians and healthcare teams regarding patient progress.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.
Follow infection-control and patient-safety protocols.
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and organizational policies.
