Job Summary

A reputed chain of hospitals is looking for experienced Critical Care Nurses to provide specialized nursing care to patients in their homes. The role involves delivering high-quality critical care services, monitoring patient health, administering treatments, and collaborating with physicians and caregivers to ensure safe and effective home-based patient management.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive critical care nursing services in patients’ homes.
Perform detailed patient assessments and continuously monitor vital signs and overall health status.
Administer medications, IV fluids, injections, oxygen therapy, and other prescribed treatments.
Manage and monitor medical equipment such as oxygen concentrators, ventilators, infusion pumps, suction machines, and cardiac monitors.
Provide specialized nursing procedures including wound care, tracheostomy care, catheter care, enteral feeding, and suctioning as required.
Recognize and respond promptly to medical emergencies, initiating appropriate interventions when necessary.
Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medication adherence, infection prevention, and home care practices.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation, nursing notes, and patient progress reports.
Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
Follow infection control practices and maintain patient safety standards at all times.
Required Qualifications
ANM / GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing.
Minimum 1 year of Critical Care (ICU) experience.
Valid Nursing Council Registration is preferred.
