US Recruiter – Civil Engineering & Architecture

Location: Remote – India
Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zones)

Job Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for US Civil Engineering and Architecture positions.
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and US hiring managers.
Maintain candidate information in ATS/CRM systems.
Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Conduct timely follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
Stay updated on US construction, civil engineering, and architecture talent markets.
Eligibility & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience in US recruitment, preferably engineering/architecture recruitment.
Strong understanding of civil engineering and architectural roles and terminology.
Experience with sourcing through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to work US-aligned night shifts.
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

Preferred:

ATS/recruitment-tool experience.
Experience recruiting across multiple US states.
Knowledge of US hiring processes.
