Job Summary

Dozee is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Field Operations Executives to support the deployment and operation of its AI-powered patient monitoring devices in hospitals. The role involves product demonstrations, installations, training healthcare professionals, and providing on-site technical support while coordinating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct product demonstrations at hospitals to showcase Dozee devices and their benefits.
Install and configure monitoring devices at customer sites.
Troubleshoot device-related issues and provide first-level technical support.
Perform site assessments and communicate installation requirements to the remote technical team.
Train doctors, nurses, hospital staff, and patients on device usage and monitoring dashboards.
Coordinate with internal teams and provide regular updates on field activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
Support day-to-day field operations and other assigned operational activities.
Ensure timely completion of installations and customer support requests.
Required Qualifications
Graduation or Diploma (Science/ITI preferred).
0–2 years of experience in field operations, field service, or field sales.
Experience in healthcare or hospital industry is preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
